Every Ants-In-Pants kid must follow these rules.

Rule 1: You must wiggle at least once every 5 minutes. It is the law.

Rule 2: Chairs are just launching pads in disguise.

Rule 3: If told to "sit still", wobbling only your head is technically acceptable.

Rule 4: Any queue, corridor, or waiting room is automatically a dance floor.

Rule 5: Every flat surface within reach is a drum kit. This is simply physics.
